We found out that Funny Mountain doesn't have any official social networking but only Facebook pages,Twitter and Instagram that created by consumers and post their own review about the products. Funny Mountain should have an official social media to let the visitors check on the variety of the products they are currently selling and know the operating hour. The notification of the operating hour at the official social media is necessary because as we know that Funny Mountain will close the shop once the products are sold out.If not this will cause inconvenience to the customer specially for them who came from far places. 

Other than that, Funny Mountain can enable customer to make the payment by using Touch n Go. Funny Mountain now only receiving cash as their only payment system but this recommendation could bring convenience to customer if they don't have cash on hand. Touch n Go has become one of the common payment method in Malaysia. We are using Touch n Go for highways toll fares, public transport, selected parking fee, retail purchases and even theme parks. By just scanning the Touch n Go on the device installed with the certain software then it will automatically deduct the exact fare from the value stored inside the card.

Lastly, we suggest Funny mountain business to use a mini thermal printer device to complete the order for customer who chosen the drive thru service. It is because as we know that there is an employee of Funny Mountain will take the order from the customer which chosen the drive thru service. The mini printer will record the order of the customers then print out the receipt to this employee and customers. Then the employee will deliver the foods or drinks according to the receipt effectively and efficiently to the customers and hence can shorten the time taken to purchase at Funny Mountain.

Tong Sui Kai (Stall 41)

The recommendation for stall 41 at Tong Sui Kai is to sign up an official media as what we have recommended to Funny Mountain to promote the desserts. We only know that the operating hour of stall 41 is at 6pm until 2am but it does not mention they will closed on which day. This might cause the customer or tourist who want to visit it on a certain day that it does not operating will make them disappointed and loss confidence on the local food. 

Next, the customer can make a pre-order service for the food or beverage online 15 minutes before arriving to save customers' waiting time and also to increase customer turn-over rate which will benefit the business. After the customer reached the stall 41, the owner will automatically serve the food or beverage to them who have made the pre-order. This method will reduce the time taken to consume the food or beverage at stall 41 because Tong Sui Kai is located at the roadside and there is limited of parking slots available. It is because customer need to spend a lot of time to look for the parking slots due to large crowds of people.  

Other than that, a device should be located at every table to let customer customize their food or drink at stall 41. Nowadays customer prefer customization of the products they are going to purchase at anywhere and anytime. This method enable customer to choose the ingredients they want before the producing of the final product among any options for the ingredients that are available in the stall.  This make the customer have more choices to choose what they want. 

Furthermore, Tong Sui Kai should have set a machine on the main entrance to let customer to complete their order for any stall that located at there. After the customer have completed the order, the machine will print out the receipt then the owner of the stall will receive the order and processing the preparation of the order and wait for the customer to pick up the food or beverage thus make payment. This can avoid the owner to deliver the wrong food to customer and the time taken to serve the food will be shorter too since the customer will show the owner the receipt before they took away their food or beverage.
